Order CTP Test

To order the CTP 4 or CTP Online, you must be an ERB member. To learn more about membership, click here.

CTP 4 (paper-pencil version)

To order or re-order materials for the CTP 4 paper/pencil via online profile system, click here.

If you are already a member and would like to order the CTP 4, simply follow these four steps. For each order that is placed, ERB will include the appropriate number of pre-addressed Order for Scoring Service (OSS) forms, Group Headers, envelopes for answer sheet return, and paper wrapping bands.

  1. Consult the Recommended Usage Chart (download .pdf).
  2. To order through our online system or update your OSS (Order for Scoring Services) profile, click here.  Or, download the PDF of the Fall CTP 4 Order Form or Spring CTP 4 Order Form. For more information about how to use this service, contact the CTP Operations Office at (866) 683-2335 or CTPOperations@erblearn.org.
  3. Complete the order form, making sure to enter the date needed, level desired, and quantities.
  4. Fax your order form to (609) 683-2300 or mail to CTP Operations Office in New Jersey at the address on the order form.

For security purposes, orders can not be taken by phone.

Fall Testing Dates: September 1 - February 28

Spring Testing Dates: March 1 - August 31

CTP Online

Test Your Students Online for Immediate Feedback!

Do you have computers in your school?  Rotate your students through your computer lab, or as a 1-to-1 laptop school, and test your students online for immediate feedback!  To find out more about the CTP Online, click here.  If you are already an ERB member and would like to order the CTP Online, your school will need to designate a Purchasing Coordinator (“Site Coordinator”). The Purchasing Coordinator will be the main contact for CTP Online testing and has permission to purchase testing packages.

To test using the CTP Online sign-up as a Purchasing Coordinator, please fill out the form below.  Once approved, you will be sent the link to access the CTP Online for ordering and testing.
