In-School Testing or ERB Office Testing

In-school testing

• If your child attends one of the participating Early Childhood Schools, the test is administered in the student's current school.
• You can register online or use an application form to complete, sign, and mail to ERB with the testing fee.  For questions please call (800) 989-3721 ext. 2601 or ext. 2602
• You may register online with a credit card payment only. 
• Register your child as early as possible, and the school, in collaboration with ERB, will coordinate a suitable day for testing.

Testing at the ERB office

If your child does not attend a participating school, you may register online, or you can download the application form.  For questions please call (800) 989-3721 ext. 2601 or ext. 2602. 

Forms will also be provided in the admissions packet of the school or schools to which your child is applying.

NOTICE: For the health and safety of our staff and the students that visit our office, ERB will not test a student that is exhibiting signs of illness. Please do not bring a sick child for testing, as you will be asked to reschedule for another day. If your child is sick, you are advised to notify the ERB office by telephone or email. This year, ERB will waive the rescheduling fee for those families that provide a doctor’s note. Thank you for your understanding.
