CPAA - Order Test

To order the CPAA, you must be an ERB member. To learn more about membership, click here.

If you are already a member, the CPAA can be ordered online below. For questions regarding the CPAA, or for assistance in filling out the form below, please contact your ERB academic professional.

In addition to filling out the below order form, please sign and return the CPAA User Agreement to NWEA at the time of your order. You may fax this information to 503.639.7873 or scan and email to .

Please note: As part of NWEA and ERB’s renewed partnership agreement, NWEA is now the billing entity for all CPAA orders. Upon placement of your order, you will receive an invoice from NWEA. Please do not send payment to ERB.

You will also be contacted by NWEA for activation of your CPAA service.

Information about training:

ERB member schools can take advantage of 2 different training options. Formal training is optional, and is at the discretion of individual schools.

Option 1: One day, onsite, in-person training

Includes 2 workshop sessions, each 2.5 hours in length, delivered on the same day
Includes all travel and accommodations for the training facilitator
$3200 per day

Option 2: Online training

90 minutes per session
Teachers and staff can assemble in a single location or join remotely
$300 per session
