We are looking for a proven Member Development Director to join our team to concentrate on the Western region of the US and Asia. ERB is a not-for-profit organization with nearly 2,000 member schools around the world. We provide assessments, academic programs and instructional services for K – Grade 12.
We are looking for a content manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining content across all digital channels. You should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. Your duties will also include developing social media campaigns to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to optimize campaigns and conversions.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with excellent creative writing skills. If you are also an expert in content optimization and search engine marketing, we would like to meet you.
Work closely with the CMO and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement internal and external communications strategies that supports the organizations growth initiatives
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging content via marketing automation platforms and social media
Edit, proofread and improve content developed by SME’s
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Use content management system to analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and conversions
Develop and actively manage an editorial calendar for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates and social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and apply new tools and techniques to drive audience engagement
Bachelor's degree in journalism or marketing communications and 7+ years of experience required
Experience with private schools or ed tech is preferred
Experience with Pardot, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud a must
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Proven work experience in content development and digital marketing
Knowledge of WordPress; experience working with Beaver Builder a plus
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Good organizational and time-management skills
All ERB staff members are currently working remotely, however candidates in the New York City area are strongly preferred
