E3n Is Officially Here

Two trusted names in independent education have become one.

The legal merger of EMA and ERB is now complete, officially creating E3n—an organization dedicated to strengthening independent school communities and supporting the students and families you serve. Read the full press release.

With nearly 170 years of combined expertise in enrollment and achievement now under one roof, E3n is uniquely positioned to be the trusted partner independent schools deserve.

What This Means For You

A more complete picture of every student. With enrollment tools and comprehensive academic achievement data coming together, you’ll soon be able to track and support students from their first inquiry through graduation day—gaining deeper insight into readiness, growth, and well-being at every stage.

All the tools you rely on—and more. The ISEE, SSAT, CTP, Milestones, and the full suite of assessments, conferences, enrollment tools, and professional development resources you count on are all still here. In time, they will be backed by an expanded set of data, insights, and services from across both legacy organizations.

Stronger evidence of your school’s impact. Independent schools face growing pressure to demonstrate all the ways they provide value. E3n will serve as the industry’s most reliable source of data and insights, helping you quantify your impact and present a compelling, data-backed narrative to boards, heads of school, and prospective families.

Better outcomes for families. As we move forward, E3n’s combined enrollment and academic data will enable us to help guide families toward the best-fit school for their child—improving institutional match, family satisfaction, and long-term retention.

An expanded professional community. The vibrant communities of enrollment and academic professionals that EMA and ERB have cultivated over decades will continue to thrive independently. Down the road, you’ll also have access to an expanded network of peers across disciplines, fostering collaboration and fresh perspectives.

Looking Ahead

E3n was created to champion independent schools and the communities we serve. Everything we do is centered on providing you with integrated tools, insights, and support to help your students flourish.

We’ll have more to share in the coming weeks. In the meantime, your current membership remains in place, and your E3n team is here to answer any questions.
