Consultative sales and client success role responsible for supporting ERB’s growing membership of independent schools (K-12) throughout the US.
Duties
Manage a portfolio of ERB members, building relationships with key school stakeholders, and provide consultative support on the application of data
Responsible for achieving growth objectives for the Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) solution to ERB members and prospects; serve as the SME for the SEL solution to ERB sales team
Manage all incoming leads regarding ERB membership, achieve growth objectives and report on metrics
Support the onboarding of new ERB members to ensure a flawless experience
Manage Salesforce reporting supporting the Sales/Marketing team, collect and analyze marketing performance data
Conduct audience research using Salesforce and a variety of other tools/resources to drive data insights that support sales efforts
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in the K-12 market sector
Minimum of 7 years of consultative sales experience
Non-profit experience is a plus but not required
Demonstrate core competence in the following: business acumen, value proposition articulation, sales communication, negotiation, competitive positioning and relationship building
Natural collaboration skills, ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
Experience with school-based data platforms is a plus
Demonstrate strong data fluency, drawing connections and insights using ERB’s analytics platform, to enable members to make decisions in support of curriculum and instruction
Proficiency with standardized testing score interpretation and statistical language
Fluent in Salesforce (CRM), MS Office tools, Google suite
Familiarity with managing a sales process
A. or B.S in relevant field required

Work virtually with ability to travel throughout sales territory, and travel to conferences and periodic staff meetings
