MyERB: Introducing the New ERB Member Experience

As an organization with a longstanding history of evolving to meet member needs, ERB seeks to continuously innovate and iterate on our products and services. We understand that supporting the school community across their entire assessment journey is expected and our tools need to provide ease of implementation and data interpretation. 

Over the last year, ERB undertook the large-scale project of reimagining and rebuilding our member portal. Formerly known as Member Profile, we incorporated feedback from member schools and industry experts to design and build a modern, interactive, and easy-to-use site to act as a single point of access for all things ERB. Launched in May 2024, MyERB makes it easy for members to access the information and tools they need for assessment administration, data interpretation, account management, event registration, and much more.

MyERB includes a robust resource and learning library and a customized experience tailored to meet each user’s needs. It delivers the right resources at the right time—so educators can spend more time focusing on what matters most: delivering value to students.

Understanding MyERB

For ERB members, using MyERB will bring a number of benefits. These include:

1. A single platform for ERB help and resources

Instead of searching within multiple product portals for educational resources and school account setup, members will find everything they need to make the most of their ERB membership in one place. This includes:

  • Easy account management tools 
  • Product-specific dashboards (see screenshot below) with key documents and resources
  • A robust, filterable Resource Library (see screenshot below) including tools and information by product, “getting started” and onboarding tools, ERB research and insights, event and webinar recordings, timely blog posts, and more
  • Easy access to registration for ERB webinars and in-person events
  • Timely release notes for new product features and updates in one place; no sifting through emails is needed!
2. Streamlined access to ERB test delivery and reporting portals

MyERB makes it easy for members to quickly navigate to ERB’s test administration and reporting portals including 360 Access, ERB’s data reporting platform for ISEE and our Whole Child Solution. Coupled with easy access to product resources, MyERB offers centralized access to make test administration and data interpretation as easy and straightforward as possible.

3. A tailored user experience and ease with getting started

Like every student, each member educator’s needs are unique and specific. That’s why we designed MyERB to know who you are and what products you use based on your user role. A customized homepage grants members quick access to the product dashboards and resources they need, along with tailored suggestions for upcoming events, helpful blogs, and more. 

What’s more, if a member’s user role changes, the MyERB experience will be updated to reflect that change!

In addition to quick access to the features members need, users will also find relevant blog posts, resources, and more. And if members are just new to ERB, MyERB’s robust “Getting Started” section (see screenshot below) serves up resources so they can quickly set up their account and get started with products.

4. Opportunities to get connected and learn more

ERB is so much more than our products and data. Our Educational Services team delivers informational webinars and dynamic events throughout the year. The “Engage” section in MyERB allows members to quickly view our calendar and register for these events.

If members can’t attend one of our virtual events, they don’t need to worry! They can visit the “Recorded Events” section of MyERB after the event has passed to view the recording.

Within the portal, users can also schedule a professional development session with a member of our Educational Services team. With 150 years of collective experience, our Professional Development Specialists deliver customized remote and in-person sessions for every budget.

5. A modernized shopping and purchasing experience

As a complement to MyERB, our shopping cart has also been redesigned to improve your shopping and purchasing experience! Accessible through MyERB, our new Shop is a modernized purchasing experience that enables members to conveniently purchase the products they need, learn more about additional products that would benefit their school, and access bundled promotions and special discounts for potential cost savings.

With 97 years of experience as a member-driven organization, we know how important it is to listen to our members and evolve to meet their needs. MyERB is a direct result of that relationship!
